Job Summary:
Simply Turf is looking for a Turf Care Technician to join our team. This role involves providing professional lawn fertilization and weed control services to residential properties. The ideal candidate is passionate about turf care, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, weed control products, and soil conditioners according to our turf care program.
• Operate ride-on equipment and other tools to ensure precise applications.
• Monitor lawn conditions and make recommendations for additional treatments when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
• Ensure all applications are safe for families and pets, following EPA guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and keep detailed service records.

Qualifications:

• Previous lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
