We require a card on file for service, and payment is automatically processed the day of service after your application or service has been completed. We also offer a prepay option by check for the entire year.
You will notice improvements with each visit, but it typically takes a full season for a dramatic transformation depending on your lawn's starting condition. With each visit, you will see a reduction in weed populations and improvement in grass growth and color.
We notify you via email the Friday before your scheduled service week and again the morning of your service. We ask that you unlock any gates and remove obstructions from the lawn to allow our technicians to efficiently service your property.
Yes, all our products are EPA-approved and safe for kids and pets when used as directed. Our technicians are all licensed by the state of Virginia to safely apply these products.
It's best to keep pets off the lawn for about two hours after the application to allow the products to dry.
If your weeds don’t die after a visit, we will happily return for a free reapplication. Please allow two weeks for the initial treatment to take full effect.
All of our services have been designed specifically for Northern Virginia lawns. Our technicians are trained to make recommendations for special circumstances for your property should they exist.
No, you don’t need to be home. We will complete the work as scheduled and leave a door hanger and yard sign. You will also receive a post-service email that will contain any special instructions should there be any.
No, all our services are contract-free. You pay as you go.
