Simply Turf is expanding our services and launching a professional lawn mowing division! We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lawn Mowing Foreman to lead our team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in lawn maintenance who can manage a crew, ensure high-quality service, and help establish our mowing division as a top-tier service in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a mowing crew to complete daily routes efficiently and professionally.
• Operate and maintain commercial mowing equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Ensure lawns are mowed, trimmed, and edged to the highest standards.
• Train and supervise team members to maintain productivity and safety.
• Monitor job quality and address any customer concerns or special requests.
• Keep accurate records of completed jobs and communicate with management about schedules and equipment needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in lawn mowing and landscape maintenance (foreman or crew lead experience preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of proper mowing techniques, equipment operation, and basic maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (ability to drive a truck and trailer preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
